Cannot get onto live chat with support regarding my email address

i cannot get onto the gamertag, as i cant remember the password associated with the email address so i cant transfer the account, and when i try to get the password, they tell me that the email account has been suspended for inactivity and that it cant be
retrieved and i am in Europe so i cant open your links. Is there anyway to get a hold of a online chat with a support on this issue? because i have had the account for like 6years and i dont want to make a new account

I have set up an account online at Xbox.com but once my son clicks onto his profile it asks him to sign in on the Xbox and takes him to the page where it asks to Entre the Microsoft account email for this profile. this is where we can not input the email
address as the symbols are down lightened. This is now driving be crazy, I have been on live chat with Xbox who cannot help. Wonder if I reset the Xbox back to factory settings this will help.

for an issue like this you might have to contact Xbox Support via Phone (or Chat) since they should be able to look into more detail in regards to the accounts and what email address is linked to which account etc.

As far as I know only 1 email address can be connected to an Xbox Live Account and if you want to use multiple accounts it's best to keep them completely seperate, which includes email address wise.

I'm the TC of the thread. Looks like live chat worked, got everything reset and I got logged back onto Live. So relieved!!

I didnt want to create another thread about this, since it relates....but now that I'm back online, does anyone know how to correct a contact email address on my account? For some reason Microsoft is sending any password resets or notifications to my cousins
email address (our emails are the same except mine ends with just one extra letter). I logged onto my Live linked email and went into Security info but when I click edit details, all it does is give me an option to send some code to my cousin's address. I'd
like to fix this as I've been quite harrassing him with all the notifications.
