Cannot get multiplayer to work on the Xbox One

    Cannot get multiplayer to work on the Xbox One


    It tells me I need to install Nuketown 2025 to play online but it is already installed on my console. I've tried hard reboting and even uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it still will not read it. Any help will be appreciated.

    Same here. I cannot get the kinect to work for chat in Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer.

    Exactly the same problem here. profile is set to teen, allowed to play online multiplayer but when he tries to play online Minecraft Xbox One Edition he gets an Xbox notification saying he cannot due to his settings.

    No, sorry but you cannot play multiplayer games from the Xbox One to the Xbox 360. Also, you can only text chat from One to 360 and vice versa.
