Cannot Get Minecraft Xbox One Edition For $5

I have had both the disc and save data for minecraft on Xbox 360. I go on to try to purchase for $5 since there is a upgrade system and it tells me I have to pay $19.99. How do I do this

Same for me. I even went on today and unlocked two more achievements and it still says $20.

 

I had no problem getting mine today for $4.99, the only thing I can ask is if you guys are using your same account to buy the Xbox One version? I am sure you are, but that is the obvious thing that comes to mind for me. But I am sure it will get sorted out
soon regardless.

 

I've got the download version, and I also cannot get the discounted price.

 

I also have it downloaded for my 360 and I updated it too and I'm using the same account but it just shows the full price on the One! Really annoying since it seems to work well for some people... I wonder if it would fix the problem if I downloaded it again

Well, I just deleted my Minecraft on 360 and for some reason it isn't in my download history. Don't try that.

 

It must be the digital version of 360 version of the game. Disc version don't count for this upgrade.

 

Forget my last answer. It both version. I thought it be digital only. Due to it have be on download history. It look like it also played game history too. It take 48-72 hours to show up.

 

I've got the digital version of Minecraft on 360 but it won't let me download it for the discounted price but all my freinds have brought it for the discounted price.

Once again I have a problem and nobody else I know gets it.

 

I guess delete it on xbox 360 and download it again or it might be something with the xbox one account ...

 

I also have the digital download and can't download it for the discounted price, a fix would be nice!!
