Cannot get Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga from GWG

I am trying to get Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga that comes with Games with Gold until May 31 and am just getting an error message. The message comes both on my Xbox One and on the browser on a PC. I haven't had problems buying games during the last days,
it is just this one that gives me problems. The message is:

Sorry. Cannot complete the purchase now. Please try again later.

I have been trying since May 16th and the message is still the same. I am afraid I am going to miss on this game if this continue like this.

This is an Xbox 360 game with backwards compatibility and I am installing it on my Xbox One.

Hi, me by accident purchased LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga and could I get an refund?

I have a similar problem.

I have activated Xbox Live Gold and could download Xbox One Lara Croft with GWG for free but, for some reason, I cannot download Xbox 360 Star Wars Lego: TCS for free.

When I click to download it in the Marketplace it shows that it's going to be charged.

Do you know why is that?

My Xbox Live Gold subscription region is Brazil.

Guess just needed to wait a little while to Xbox Live Gold subscription to be processed by Xbox 360 Marketplace.

In order to acquire LEGO Star Wars, you must have a credit card on file to complete the 'purchase'. Even if the content is free, a card on file is required for all Xbox 360 game purchases. Additionally, if you are on a child account you will either need
to make the purchase on an Xbox 360 console or the parent account will need to acquire the game.
