Cannot get latest saved data and system is connected to internet but says need internet ...

Yea sorry, your last sentence from your previous post kinda looked like you said it was having the same issue as the old router. But thanks for confirming. I too also have bright house and an Arris DG1670 router, so I'll be calling monday morning and hopefully
getting a replacement like you did.

 

The old router was mid sized and blue ..this new one is Big and black shaped like a square with white lights on it...the old one had blue lights

The new one is working great...so much more powerful been playing all day and all last night ...

 

Yea, it might be similar to mine. It's blackish blue and has blue lights going down the side. And so I'm assuming at this point bright house knows this is a whole thing now. Also you wouldn't happen to live in Tampa would you?

 

yes i live in the area .... Well i wouldn't say they all know ..they lady on the phone told me I had the best router and yet when the tech showed up he said it was the old routers and they have new ones now..she clearly had no clue

 

I was hoping they would be more aware of the issue just to make it easier when I call in, cause I just hate talking on the phone and dealing with customer service like situations. And at this point most of these kinds of posts are from people here in the
Tampa area so I was hoping bright house here would know whats up.

 

Tell them whatever you have to get the tech out there then you can explain it to him , show him this thread if you have to....

 

I've been having this same issue since November 20. None of the troubleshooting steps resolved the problem. I recently un-enrolled from the preview program earlier this week. I was also told it may be my console. I sent the console for repair and got a replacement.
The replacement console is still experiencing the same can't sync lastest saved data message. Now I'm waiting for a new update to the public.

 

Then its probably your connection , what type of modem and router ?
