    Cannot get into the game anymore


    Hi everyones,

    I have the french numeric edition on my xbox one S for #1y.

    I've played it several month before removing the game from my device.

    Some weeks later, i've re-installed the game with all its DLCs without any crashes.

    Screen title and menu appear correctly but the choices "new game" "continue" "downlodable content" are masked and not choosable.

    I can only get into the "battle training mode" "game options" and "credits".

    There's also indicated on the right top corner of my TV screen : "Installation: 0%", but into the main
    xbox menu, there's no download or game updates in the waiting files.

    I've reinstalled the whole game 3 times on my device, but didn't fix the problem.

    Did anyone have any troubleshooting for me ?

    Down loads will not show, just keep getting a sad face Jigsaw piece

    I cannot get into my Jigsaws anymore.

    Cannot download any more.

    I have tried everything, has Microsoft stopped this down loads now.

    that means it is not available anymore the only way you will be able to get it is if you had it before and you can redownload it but you cannot buy it anymore, sorry.
