Cannot get into Microsoft Solitare Collection

Discus and support Cannot get into Microsoft Solitare Collection in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; When I select Collection it says I need an internet connection. I get error 0x800704cf.     Cannot get into Microsoft Solitare Collection


    When I select Collection it says I need an internet connection.

    I get error 0x800704cf.

    I have no problem getting to anything else on the internet.

    Plus I have been using the Collection for months.

    I am a premium user but have the time it does not show that and I get all the ads.

    But now I cannot even connect!

    community    . Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support
