    Cannot get help with live gold issue


    Hi, original issue is I was asked to change my password by Microsoft, when i did i couldn't find any live gold content or store content on my xbox one. was told on help forum to sign out of account and sign back in. Now all my history/content/progression
    etc are gone and i still cant sign in/get my live gold subscription/content. My games purchased for free on live gold are there and playable but cant get any more. Have been in contact with tweeter help but just keep asking different question over the last
    two weeks, then suggested i go on chat, but when i sign in on chat or phone help request the compulsory boxes for my first/last name are grey and i cant type anything into them. Extremely frustrating and has to be worst support service ive come across.

    any help at this stage appreciated.

    trouble playing live on the xbox

    i cannot get online on the xbox to my gamertag but am able to access it on the internet can anyone help me with this issue gold membership has been purchased but cannot do anything

    Hi, thanks for the answer,

    It happens on all games and I do not get disconnected at all, i can download demo games fine and mi Internet is good with the gold account.

    The only thing that comes to mind is that I live in the republic of Ireland and the visa card I used is a uk visa card, could that be an issue.

    As I said every thing is good, connection, broadband, etc but cannot get to see anyone else, also cannot connect to live party. Any help please

    I am having similar issue. XBOX requires purchase of Live Gold acct - GOT THAT - still cannot get my son to play multi player,

    how do I link my Live gold acct to my sons profile (HE IS ON MY FAMILY LIST) so he can play multiplayer games????

    No, to get an Xbox LIVE Gold subscription on another account you will have to buy another Gold subscription, you cannot transfer Gold from one account to another.
