Cannot Get free XBOX360 Game with GOLD MEMBERSHIP

Hey Guys,

I need help. I Cannot Get free XBOX360 Game with GOLD MEMBERSHIP. I got a Xbox one. I tried from my console or from Online but still I have to pay for the Xbox 360 games. (currently star wars unleashed)

My friend has the same problem too.

I even put a payement method in case, but didn't solve anything.

It works perfectly for Xbox one games, they are free of charge, not xbox 360.

Could you please tell me what i have to do to make it works?

Child account has Xbox Gold on a Xbox one. Can Xbox 360 free games be downloaded to the Xbox one?

My Child is set up on his Xbox one with a gold membership and he has a child account and I am the parent. Is it possible for him to get the free xbox360 gold games each month, as well as the Xbox games?

 

Error 80049C3A - Unable to log in to Xbox Live

I'm having the same problem. Total b.s. $300 Xbox360 + $150 game + $70 Gold membership = cannot log in due to 80049C3A error.

Problem solve. Needed to buy a full one yeah gold membership, the trial one "14 days" when you buy the console is not working with xox 360 games...Only xbox 1 ONES.
