Cannot get free Gold game Star Wars: The Force Unleashed last February

Can't receive xbox360 games from "games with gold"

I bought 2 weeks xbox live gold membership redeem code from cdkeys.com for "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed" game.

I received xbox one games as "games with gold",

but I cannot receieve xbox360 game.... ("Star Wars: The Force Unleashed")

I searched internet, and this could be region problem...

then, If I buy another xbox live gold membership redeem code (from amazon),

Can I get "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed" game as "games with gold"?

Current my gold membership period is until at the beginning of March.

If my new redeem code activated after end of current membership period....

I'm worry about I cannot receive "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed" game.

Is there any solution?

 

Problem with a free game with gold last month

I was trying to download Star Wars the force unleashed 2 when it was free with gold last month but I did not work. i have gold

 

Since the promotion is over you would have to purchase the game. Once a promotion ends it is not possible to get that price unless it goes on sale again.

Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support. Forum support does not have access to that system and those numbers should not be posted on the forums.

 

Actually, I cannot download it when the game was available because there was some problem with MS server and the game itself (like I understand from support chat).

Yesterday I ask in support chat again and Charlene advises me to create report here and add reference numbers.

All that I want to play First Unleased and then play Unleashed II.

If you can post the error message you received when trying to download it, support can help understand why it wouldn't download it, but they cannot help you download it for free since that promotion is over.

I have Xbox One and I successfully can download Xbox One games but Star Wars: The Force Unleashed was backward compatibility Xbox 360 game and when I try to download it I get just general error in text without error code (actually support documented in cases
more detailed - I could forget some details because it was two months ago).

I downloaded and play other games Xbox 360.

I have added a credit card and buy other games.

I chatted with support when game was available for free but there were some different technical problems and they said that "do not worry" but now I see that I should

I have Xbox One, I can download, play and buy different games including Xbox 360 games.

But with the Star Wars: The Force Unleashed was some problem after hit download I just get Try later error message without any code (this was described in support cases).

When I chatted with support in February it was available for download but there were some technical issues but they wrote "do not worry" but now I'm worried.

 

does your account region match your physical region?

Like if you live in jamaca but say you are in the US that won't work you must use the host country

You have to live in a Xbox LIVE region and have the matching region

What region do you live in?

If you live on a foreign us base they do not count as the us as you using a international isp

With Xbox 360 games your acfount region must reflect your actual region

Since the game is region locked it would not be available for download in the Ukraine so that is the reason it wouldn't work. Some games will work because they are not region locked, but you will run into that issue with any games that are. There is no way
around it.

As long as you don't live in an Xbox LIVE region dlc us never garenteed

You do so at your own risk

It's is OK to use an out of region account however when it comes to 360games it's best to use your actual region and since you don't live in an Xbox LIVE region there is no solution

 

there is no list of Games but m rated games or triple a ones trend to be region locked
