    Cannot get Darksiders via GWG service


    Hi, I am kinda new to xbox and all the services related to it. I had no problems downloading games from games with gold offers last month, but right now I cannot download Darksiders for some reason. It just shows me the price. Isnt it supposed to be for
    free? Maybe I just dont understand something. Would apprieciate if somebody helps me.

    Burnout - Sorry Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.

    I'm trying to purchase (via GwG) Burnout Paradise, but the system won't let me.

    It says "Sorry. Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." I've tried 2x via Xbox and 2x via smartphone/PC, didn't work either.

    My credit card is ok (but I'll try another anyway), and the game is avaliable in my region.

    I would appreciate if somebody could help me, Burnout is the game I want the most in GwG!

    What system are you talking about.....

    If it is the 360 then you keep and can play all the gwg even if you revert back to a silver account..

    If it is the XB1 then you have to be a gold to access and play all GWG, if you go back to silver on XB1 then you cannot access any GWG, but at any time you can go gold again and get them all back.

    If you have a game code and already have the game via GWG on the xbox 360 then you cannot use the code as your account already has said game, but if it is a game code for the XB1 then just allow your account to go silver and then you can redeem said code
    to your XB1 account.

    I have started getting exactly the same message. I never have and never will register my CC with Microsoft. XBOne GWG can be bought and downloaded fine but 360 GWG Free games I get this error. I know you can't (and never have been able to) 'purchase'
    360 GWG via the website so I always boot up my 360 just to purchase them. Now I can't even get them via my 360! It has effectively halved the GWG I can get with my Gold subscription.

    What gives Microsoft!?

    Can I download Forza Horizon 2 (FH2) even if owned the game through games with gold?

    i own the game so can download it still, my son had it via GwG and he still has the option to download under the GwG library.
