    Cannot get an xbox 360 game from "games with gold"


    I have an xbox one, german language and region settings, and I also have a valid credit card added. But when I try to get an xbox 360 game that comes free with "games with gold", it keeps asking me for a valid payment option. Why is that, isn't the game
    free?

    Gold membership not showing on account

    The reason you cannot get Star Wars is because you cannot get Xbox 360 games with Gold with a trial. Only Xbox One Games with Gold are available to get with a trial.
