Cannot get Achievements on Xbox One

I have been having trouble with achievements not unlocking on my Xbox One, my Xbox is connected to the internet and Xbox Live however achievements are not unlocking at all, I have tried a few things that were recommended such as signing out of Xbox Live
and then signing back in again, disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet, doing a hard reset of the console and leaving it for 48hours to see if the achievements pop up but no luck. I have spoken to a support representative and they have informed me
that the achievements are pending and that I should post here to get them applied.

Error 0x87c40011

I get this error code whenever I open the Achievements app on my xbox one. I also cannot access the achievements page of the website. This issue started for me just last night.

 

Achievements Not Unlocking Since August Update?

Im having the same issue, ive tried on the family xbox one and was able to unlock achievements but on my xbox one i cannot unlock any achievements

 

Wow I don't believed this should happen to you at all. But it is. The only things I can say. It might be your one or your profile.

No one can unlock them for you i'm afraid.

Seems you've tried everything so the only other thing i can suggest is to try & unlock them again.

Are there any other profiles on your console?
