Cannot get account recovery to work

Hi,

So I have another account that I want to move from my Xbox 360 to my new Xbox One and when I go to sign in it tries to get me to get on my email and verify with a code. This would be no problem but I do not have access to that email anymore. I have not logged
onto it in such a long time that it has been deleted from Yahoo. I tried to do the form that they want you to do but when I made the account I did not answer the questions truthfully and now I cannot figure out what 13-year old me put as my info. I just want
to move my account with the most gamerscore over to my new Xbox One. Does anyone know how to get this done even though I cannot get the right information on the form?

Locked out of my acct!

There is absolutely no other way to get the account back if you cannot answer their questions on the account recovery form.

No, I'm sorry it's not. You would need to fill out the Microsoft Account Recovery form as said in the post above. If you are unable to then you will need to contact phone support and have them cancel the automatic renewal on your account so you aren't charged
for an account you cannot get into.

That is the one and only way you'd be able to get back into the account is via a successful account recovery from the Microsoft account team.

The form you filled out is going to be the best method of recovering your account, I suggest trying to answer the questions as best you can. Unfortunately, if you're still unable to recover the account through that form there aren't any other processes to recover
the account. If you haven't already, I also suggest reaching out to
Phone/Chat support for account trouble.

Try to re-create the old yahoo email that was deleted due to inactivity. It might instantly solve your problem by just getting a security code as the account recovery form are at times impossible to pass. Good luck dude!

If the above solutions did not work - nor the recovery form - I'm sorry, but you will not be able to get it back.

As I mentioned, Microsoft support cannot help users recovering their account. They are not allowed to do it or to change anything on a user account.

If you try to use the recovery form, does it show you the message that your account does not exist?
