if you cannot access your microsoft account and have 2fa active then they are right all is lost, and as the microsoft account is the account that minecraft migrated too you have now lost minecraft if you cannot access the microsoft account.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately the game pass ultimate is built into the console. I didn’t pay for it externally it was part of the all access deal.

I need to somehow get access back into my initial set up account as this was the account I claimed the 24 month subscription on.

My advise on this issue is simple, kindly reach out to your financial institution and have them stop the charges. I have gone through this before and that's the best possible solution.

All support keep doing is relaying the microsoft script to me, telling me to fill out the recovery form. It’s just pointless and I’m going round in circles.
