Cannot Forza Horizon 4

Apparently this is an issue faced by many users, where the download stops/freezes. I have uptil yet tried:

1. Wsreset

2. Renaming SoftwareDistribution folder

3. Installing on different drive

4. Installing via different internet connection

5. Pausing and trying to "Play", but of course the game crashes as it's not downloaded

The game stops downloading around 39-42 gb mark.

I'm at my wit's end. Bought the game but can't play it.

Please help if possible.

Forza Horizon 4 captures not showing

This is still an issue. I cannot view Forza Horizon 4 captures on XBOX.COM!

 

Forza Horizon 4 Issue

Forza Horizon 4 says it's installed but won't open when clicking play: instead of the game popping up a text box pops up that says, "Forza Horizon 4 can’t open because it cannot be found. The storage device might be missing or disconnected."

Have you tried to reset your Windows Store? Download problems are a common bug for the store, people have experienced the download of FH4 to exceed it's actual download size, infinitely download and also get stuck or freeze. If not, then I suggest doing
this and see if this fixes the problem.

Try clearing the cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

a Clean Startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your games or programs
