Cannot find preview invite

I called Microsoft support and the person I was working with stated that I was in the preview program but did not "except" the notification to actually download software. I have a Day One edition Xbox One and my gamer tag is the man I was working
with said to post on here and someone would be able to help/reinvite me to the program.

I have also talked to xbox live support he said I need to Post on here in order to get a invite again after i have mistakenly deleted it.

You dont get a notification

You get 2 codes one download code and then the activation code specific to your console

 

You dont post hwre for invites you post in the general discussion forums under can i get an invite

Although there isnt much point because its a closed beta and youbwill have to wait for approvsl since its not a public open beta and isnt ment for widespread use

Invite just puts you on a waiting list till you are approved

Support has mentioned the current wave is full and no more enrollsments till july according to one post by an ambassador that was confirmed by staff

 

@ngocphi: I believe that was a message that is about the terms first before the download codes am I correct?

 

Thats usually in the beta invite

Which includes the nda

 

Some requirements about the Preview Program:

1. A player needs to be in good standing and no previous bans or suspensions.

2. Must not be a child account (Needs to be confirmed further)

3. Has an active gold subscription

If you already have the been invited into the Preview program but missed or was not able to "except" the notification to actually download software. You can try go to check your messages again or remove and re-download profile then check. If issue persists,
contact support and they may put you in a queue for your Gamer Tag or profile to be re-evaluated be sent another program invite. This normally takes 48 to 72 hours but you can ask support on how soon they can get back with you regarding your request.

Hey, guys! Please do not reach out to the Twitter profile @XBoX for requests for an invite. They are unable to send you any invites. You should reach out to friends on your friends list who are in the preview program to get an invite.

You do not need to have an active Gold subscription to be part of the preview program.

You cannot be a child account on the preview program; however if you are invited, you can reach out to the preview team to ask for your parental account to get an invite. If you are on a child account and was invited, but cannot see the
