Cannot find other network

Discus and support Cannot find other network in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I recently have gotten new internet with comcast that gives two networks a 2.4 Ghz (I think, don't quote on that) and a 5 Ghz one.     Cannot find other network


    I recently have gotten new internet with comcast that gives two networks a 2.4 Ghz (I think, don't quote on that) and a 5 Ghz one. Both are wireless and my computers and kindles see both but my xbox does not, it sees only the former even after hitting 'scan
    again' numerous times. Whats up with that?

    Xbox One connection issue!!

    My Xbox one cannot find my wireless network, but other devices can. How do I fix this?

    Sure thing, my area had a big thunderstorm a few days ago, killing the power various time throughout the day. Once it was over I could not get into the router settings so I made a whole new network with a WPA Pre-Shared Key security mode.

    If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? White

    Things you have tried: Reset xbox external adapter to factory settings and unplug and re-plug both modem and router

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown: Unknown

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT?

    Xbox saying that it cannot find a network.

    I've looked through everything and nothing has worked. When I go to Configure Network my IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway are all 0.0.0.0 but when I manually but in the correct numbers it still doesn't work.
