Cannot find MS Solitaire Collection

When I first got my computer over a year ago, I installed Microsoft Solitaire Collection and I loved it! I can no longer access it on my computer. When I try to download it again from the Play Store, I get a message saying I already have it installed.
How can I access it?

I have the same problem with Taptiles and Mahjong

Thank you for trying. Are you currently running Windows 8 or Windows 8.1? Let's try the search again, but this time when the automatic Search windows opens, is there an option called "Apps" that you can click or is there anything listed under "Apps"?
Do you also see options for "Settings" or "Files" when the automatic search opens?

I'm running Windows 8.1, but this problem predates the update. There are no options on the automatic search for anything -- no Apps, Settings, Files or any other options.
