    Cannot find game


    My son got an an XBox for Christmas and it came with a game add on download. We downloaded and entered the code it came with but when we go to games or downloads it does not show up. We tried to again and it told us the code has been used already. Any help
    or input would be greatly appreciated

    Cannot find game!

    My NAT is open and i just keep searching and searching for a game... Is there anything I can do to make it find a game? I can find games with two people in my party for some reason but not by myself. So frustrating...

    Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the order from there stated as "completed"?

    Once confirmed, kindly sign out your account on Microsoft Store App and then restart your PC before signing back in. Then check your library.

    Are you using the same account that originally bought the digital version of FH2? If not you won't be able to download it for free. You can check purchase history here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
    and then select All Available from the dropdown menu.

    Hi, I checked again and it is still the same problem lol. My purchase is not showing up on orders either pending, digital or physical. The payment has posted to my credit card and I have the game launcher and can launch the game but I cannot find it anywhere under downloads or files on my computer. It is a mystery, so I have asked for a refund. Thank you for responding
