    hi I was trying to file share with my brother because we both split the money to buy a game and it's now telling me that i can't make his Xbox my home Xbox. Now me and him don't know what to do. If anyone knows how to help please help

    Have your brother block communications with the player and file a complaint using the tools on his console.

    Cannot file share with my brother

    You can only change your Home Console 3 times within 365 days in order to prevent people from sharing their games with all of their friends "round-robin" style.

    If you (both) used up your 3 Home Console settings, you need to contact the official support at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support and ask them, if they could grant you one additional Home Console change.

    Game Sharing With My Brother

    Smite is free to play with gold membership. Since your brother has the gold membership and you don't he is able to play the game and you are not.

    You need to set your xbox as your brother's home xbox and vice-versa.

    After that you should be able to play together.
