Cannot File a Claim.

Hello,

My gamertag was forcefully changed and I am unable to file a claim on said situation. I have worked with customer service for the last couple months now and have taken their steps to have my question answered and I am still here waiting. It seems I cannot
get any help. I follow your steps under How do I and there is no Apply for review under the enforcement history. I cannot stress enough the amount of time I have put into trying to find answers and you, as a company, refuse to help. I feel a little neglected
but willing to help if someone can actually provide me with adequate assistance. The website also reads that every xbox live member is entitled to a free gamertag changed. I have not used mine but still having to pay 10 dollars to change it. The website
clearly states no timeframe to use this free change. I have worked long hours to get this solved and having to wait 2 months and still no answers.

Account suspension - possibly hacked

I tried to file an UA claim but the support man told me because my password has not changed in the past 2 years there is nothing he can prove so he cannot help me

 

Just brought an Xbox 360 pre-owned...And it got a console ban on it

Unfortunately console bans are permanent and cannot be reversed. Usually the only thing you can do is take it back and return it. If you bought it through ebay or something like that, you should still be able to file a claim.

 

Ya hen you have a randomly generated name when the account is first created

Not a enforcement action which falls under the terms of use

You have to post hwre for the reason but forced name changes are final

Multiple teams review it sometimes even ambassadors before an change is issued

But the pet has final say

You must keep your name clean and rated e for everyone

Forced gamertags are final just like other actions, you can contact the enforcement team directly. try change your tag at this website by going to account.xbox.com

if you're unable to change your tag for free then you must pay for an change.
