Cannot even login to my account or any on my console offline.

Is this going to be a regular thing now xbox because if it is what are we even paying for live for ?? I think if this continues I am going to rethink what consol I will be buying from now on. Compensation?

Paying for a broken service seems to be the norm with microsoft anymore but I really love how they make sure you can still purchase apps even though you cannot play live ha ha Thanx microsoft

Issues like this are becoming way to common, I finally about 10 minutes ago got tired of waiting. Dug my old ps3 out of my garage and it's up and running perfectly. Will more than likely be canceling xbox membership today, tired of all these issues, will
also be exchanging my gift for Christmas (xbox one) for a ps4 next time I go to bestbuy.

 

Lucky you HummerHitMe, not all of us are so lucky to have a backup system from sony, like we probably should since you don't have to pay to play. I'm just glad I pay month to month right now so I can very easily cancel it as well. Good luck to all of you
who try and wait this out. O and to whoever keeps posting "just wait, there working on it", that's the dumbest thing I've heard. I've waited over 12 hours and its still not working, that merits a refund of some sort...

 

When is this problem going to be fixed? All the money you guys make you should be able to keep everything working

Microsoft sucks. Need to be compensated for this issue. I pay for a service and it should work.

 

One full day now, and this is the third issue I've had in 3 weeks, the other 3 requiring hoops to fix such as deleting my damned profile and clearing cache and redownloading profile and now that I've done that themes no longer will work (I don't get the
option to use themes anymore, just move, delete, etc but not actually USE) and I'm SICK of it. In the last 3 weeks all of my gaming time seems to be going toward dealing with Xbox live issues or login issues and such. And now this, and on this one we can't
even do anything but wait.

The service alerts are USELESS except to say they know there are issues, there is no update other than "We are having issues!" every half hour or so. No real details, no prediction of when they might be fixed. Just useless.

I just got a brand new tv too, maybe it's time to get a new console. A Playstation.

This is getting ridiculous. I'm beginning to seriously consider migrating to Playstation. I enjoy xboxx,but these connection issues are increasing and making it next to impossible to play online games like Destiny. Gamers desire a consistent dependable
online service to play and connect with friends, and if Microsoft can't see fit to allocate to appropriate resources and expertise to this problem, then obviously this is low on their priorities, and gamers must seek out a new service to play games.

 

I am frustrated with not being able to sign in and i know many other people are having this same problem I am a paying customer to Xbox live and demand to be compensated accordingly for this huge inconvenience

it has been well over 24 hours that this has been going on. is xbox going to fix this? or should i go ahead and head over to gamestop and trade my 360 for a ps? i have been a xbox person since the first one game out but this is getting ridiculous

 

so since everyone is having this issue and we are all paying customers, how does Xbox (microsoft) plan on making it up? i cant watch movies, play games or watch tv since everything is run through my system. sad that everything is made for online, cant even
play some games offline. How much longer do we all have to play? waited for my weekend(my free time) to get on and enjoy myself and i cant even do that.
