Cannot even login to my account or any on my console offline.

I'm a bit frustrated because my Xbox will not even allow me to log into any of the accounts on my system. Which means I am unable to pay multi player with my daughter etc. Is anyone else having this problem???

Merging an offline account to a LIVE account

I've been playing XBox 360 for 3 years on an offline account. Recently, I got my XBox 360 online and got my XBox Live account on it, but all of my achievements and game data are on me offline account. Is there any way I can merge my offline account to my
Live account, or, even better, transfer my achievements and game data from my offline accounbt to my Live account?

 

hi, yeah Im having the same problem. i cant even log in offline. a bit ridiculous really. I'm sitting here typing messages to my brother who i was planning on playing online with.

It looks like the Xbox Live service is currently experiencing some issues that's preventing many players from signing in or using any Xbox Live services.

Please try connecting again once everything has returned to normal (hopefully 1-2 hours at most) and then let us know if you still experience any problems.

Its really getting old. Its an almost daily occurrence for some of us and when you're on an over priced subscription because you're on a contract its even worst. Microsoft should really consider helping those of us affected out with credit be it on our gold
accounts or...anything!

 

i dont mind so much. i just woke up way earlier than usual to get a good gaming session on. had a coffee and then got booted. now cant sleep. and waiting for it to come online. You'd think microsoft would have a hacking ninja team to send out and restore

Yes very frustrating, some of us can only get online during these times when the service is conveniently interrupted for several hours. Microsoft should indeed reimburse its members with a day at minimum for all these interruptions. If nothing else credit
enough points to everyone's account for a free movie rental or something...

 

I am still having a the same problem. I can't log into any of my accounts even the ones without Xbox live attached to them. What the heck? If someone could suggest something I can do I would be grateful. It won't even let me go to Xbox guide when I press
the center button -_-

 

Managed to log in before and start a game of battlefield, only to be kicked off half way through a game. My brother on the other hand still online and having no trouble. I'm not sure if reimbursement is an answer because it might encourage more of the same
hacking or what ever. But yeah a week of gold or something and bringing back all the games for gold in case some people missed them could be an option or not? Microsoft would have to be embarrassed though seeing as their xbox one entertainment hub means nothing
without an internet connection.

 

what kind of compensation am I going to receive? I chose Xbox Live over PSN because I thought being a pay service would help prevent these types of issues, but if this continues I will just have to take my business to Sony.

 

i got same problem keeps saying "there is a problem signing in to my profile then when it does none of my saved games are there

 

xbox is fixing the issues just be patient

 

We just had Sinterklaas here over in Holland!!! I wanna play my new games i got from him!!! When is it gonna be fixed???
