    When the game started it says "the game begins in 10... 09...08" fnd never come to 01 and just shuts down.... what is wrong with the game? or my PC???

    Cannot enter game

    I recently had a virus on my computer, which I eliminated successfully. Since then, I have not been able to get into Microsoft, Bingo, Mahjong or Solitaire. Xbox shows that I am signed in but it just keeps bringing me back to my desktop. I have uninstalled
    & reinstalled about 10 times, restarted the computer between each attempt. I checked my Antivirus program to be sure that it was allowing it to run. What now?

    Sorry, Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now (807B0194)

    Also to me, I cannot even enter a password just hangs after i put in my email. I have started my own thread with my issues over the past week, all of a sudden I cannot stay connected to XBL longer than 3 minutes, so part of the troubleshooting process was
    deleting and reinstalling our main profile but now cannot even do that.

    The order was processed, I played the game, but after two weeks I cannot enter it. I suspect that if she had not gone through the purchase, I would not have been able to play at all.

    Hey StEel, the error code you listed describes a connection issue. You're certainly welcome to return the console if you choose, but I recommend trying to apply the update via a modem connection first. :) Let me know if that works for you!

    i got the new x box 250 GB slim 2 day' s ago and it won' t take the update, my old 60 GB HDD downloaded the new update easily and is working fine, if you have an older type of x box that is not the issue. i am returning my new x box on monday, i'll wait
    until something better comes out,i spent $300 on a pile of crap, i think i am done with x box i always seem to have problem' s with them./ status code: 396B - 0000 - 3080 - 0515 - 8007 - 2EE2

    Direct modem connection on someone elses network usually resolves both of thsoe issues. they are both connection related.
