    Cannot Download


    I purchased Halo Master Chief Collection and entered the redemption code into my Xbox console. Unfortunately it is not showing up in my "installed or ready to install", area. I checked order history and it shows the game is paid. I am confused?

    Actually I just found that i cannot buy over console too! :)

    Same problem with both consoles. Cannot buy new game and cannot download free game, and cannot download free trial.

    they will be able to help you more with this

    Hey there! I betcah we can get to the bottom of this. I have a few questions for you:

    1. What region are you in, and what region is the account set to?
    2. How must space is left on your HDD?
    3. Does it ever show an error code with this?
