Cannot Download Xbox Live Profile

Yes, my Gamerscore varies too on both consoles.. Funny.. Oh, and if anybody want to, feel free to add me

 

Well, after countless failed attempts and an amount of frustration that could be enough for a lifetime mine finally worked. Thanks goes to the technical staff, now if only their response had been a bit quicker.

 

Finally got on, but now also have the gamerscore difference. 4000 less on the 360 than on Xbox One.

They must be having a bad week over at Microsoft.

 

wth, it's now day 7 and no fix for me yet. jeez.

 

Fixed the gamerscore thing. Cleared cache again and redownloaded my profile. Now in achievements there is a thing called "Xbox One Games" which had all of my missing points.

For Success, that I did before the problem profile, for those who have an Xbox One, notice that their success are more aware when they re-upload their profiles, do not worry, they'll just have to unlock success on Xbox 360 for your Gamerscore back full!

 

They don't care. This problem has been for almost two weeks now. No official person giving any response. They're moving slowly to Xbox One.

My gamerscore thingy is working now.

 

I have the same error! Tried so many things with MS support on 3 days now, still issue not sloved:

- resting network settings

- router reset

- clearing cache ( several times)

- deleting trusted consoles

- adding two step verifications

- changing HD

- changing console

- downloading on flash memory

- downloading other profiles

- downloading content

- signing in on IE into xbox.com to make console trusted

- signing into xbox one while downloading profile

Still nothing, my case is now escalated. Just wanted to update the community with this frustrating error

This error is labeled as network and maybe security but none of the above worked
