    I'm now back on my profile after 5 days of being stuck in a looping download screen, I downloaded it to my usb and moved it to my HDD. It worked so try it maybe today is the day for everyone.

    Glad to see the issue resolved for most people here. I don't get off work for another 3 hours or so but I'll check mine as soon as I get home. Fingers crossed and all that jazz.

    Cannot Download Xbox Live Profile

    To anybody who doesn't know: all you do is download your profile. Nothing else. It may pause at 75% for 30 seconds but it should pass it. Also to prevent this kind of stuff from happening in the future, keep a back-up on your USB.

    Awwww come on, Microsoft! I just came from work and the first thing I did was check my profile again and guess what? Still the same bloody error messages! Sort it out already, will ya?!

    Worked first time. *** you Microsoft, listen to your customers in future. Thanks to everyone sfor getting the issue known. I'm sorry to anyone who still hasn't got this resolved.

    Mines fixed too but it hung at 75 percent for about three minutes and scared the hell out of me. I hope everyone else gets theirs sorted

    I also have my gamertag back! But now my gamerscore isn't the same on 360 and on xbox one. Did someone else noticed that ?

    Finally back online with the 360. Tried about 21682837649 times across 3 different 360s. Then today after 2 fails. It actually downloaded.

    I wonder if MS will be bold enough to tell us why this happened.

    Yep Whisper. My gamerscore is different too now. Roughly 5000g has vanished.
