now answer me this, how does an error from an Xbox one appears on the Xbox 360 (80072EFE)?

every single support avoids this questions at all cost and i want to have closure on that.

This error can occur on either console, but you're right in that the error code support page only refers to Xbox One.

Regardless, Mister Cerbs statements are correct in that you need to be in a Live supported region for us to fully troubleshoot this issue. The likely cause of this is due to you not being in a Live supported region. I wish we had better information for you.

 

after 2 months of searching for the solution, i apparently found it. however it's quite complicated.

first thing i heard that connection speed play a huge key role here as people who tried download it through the ethernet had some issues and go for their mobile phones internet subscriptions which works. this solution is out for me since our local internet
subscription for mobile is downright foul and rubbish.

the problem for me though is that (1) i live where the xbox live isn't supported and (2) i have a very slow connection due to still using the old telephone internet.

what i've learned is that number (1) is completely irrelevant as it works in my place, now that i've owned an xbox one which has zero support in asia.

But number (2) play the big role here where you see that i still use the old telephone splitter where the download speed is high but the upload speed is very low. thankfully local telephone company now provides fiber to the home which solves the download
issue and the funny thing is that i still use the below recommended speed of less than 3.5mbps and yet it works.

so as long as you have the same download and upload speed, getting the profile still works (as long as it's not below 1mbps that is)
