cannot download xbox live profile: 80150016

Hello,

I have an account that i cannot log into and download the profile. I cleared the storage cache, and the individual storage cache and profiles.

It happened after i changed my gamertag. After this, If I try to download my profile, it starts downloading but it stops at 25% and gets me the following error code: 80150016

Can anyone help?

I cannot download my son's profile, which is linked to my account, without getting the error code 80150016 and a message saying that profiles can't be downloaded at the moment. I have spent over an hour on live chat and tried all the usual resets etc. Has
anyone got any ideas?

My account wont download it lets me put in password and email but puts error for when its downloading. But if myfriend trys to download his proflie Iit works automaticly. Why do I get this problem?

 

Have you tried to clear the system cache of the desired location and restarting the console.
