Cannot download XBOX 360 update.

I have done everything that I've seen suggested here. I have copied the update to a USB, I have cleared my storage cache, my network connection is fine. Nothing has worked. The Status code is 4467-0000-3080-0506-8007-0571. I've also been noticing that lately
my system has started to delete offline profiles and erase all the information from them. I legitimately have no idea what to do; the console is pretty much unusable at the moment.

I am trying to update my xbox 360, i dont have internet access, i am at a friends house trying to download the update onto a cd, but i cannot get it to download?

That error code typically refers to account related issues. With your profiles being erased sporadically, it sounds like your console's hard drive may be dying. Do you have an Xbox 360 console with the 4GB internal hard drive or do you have a different hard
drive? If you only have the internal, unfortunately there isn't much we can do by way of troubleshooting. You can try to get a new, official Xbox 360 hard drive and see if that one will take the current OS update.
