Cannot download xbox 360 gold games

Ok if I do one of your solutions.

And take gold on my other account from November, don't I lose all my gold games I got from my Nephews account?

Otherwise I have to wait a whole year or have to pay twice for the same thing and to me thats not a real solution.

You surely can see that the price you have to pay for such a honest and easily made mistake is out of proportion?

Thanks for answering my questions , altough we differ from opinion how to reach to a solution (and yeah I know it's not your fault but a simple mistake on my side resulted in this mess ,a pity I couldn't rely on Microsofts common sense to resolve the issue)

but you'd don't need to own a 360 to download bc content

I donno where you got that from

Now if you are a child account trying too download it yes you do need a 360 because of the parental settings.

If you qr an adult account You got two options

Own a 360 and queue the download

Or

Here is the difference

Add a payment option and then download via your xbox one

If it's games with gold you must have a payment options on file it just won't be charged as long as you have gold not home gold

If you do not wish to add a payment option for games with gold titles you cannot queue it without an xbox 360

I am also having problems when downloading Xbox 360 games with Gold for Xbox One. I have a valid payment on file. I click download and a message appears saying this game will appear on your Xbox 360. It does not appear on my Xbox One in my games waiting
to be installed. Can someone please help. I have also spoken to an agent on Xbox live chat and followed the instructions to the letter and still cannot download Xbox 360 games.

The reason you cannot get Star Wars is because you cannot get Xbox 360 games with Gold with a trial. Only Xbox One Games with Gold are available to get with a trial.

Secondly no service allows you to change the age of an account or have backwards compatibility

You should feel fortunately that the service even exist
