Cannot download Xbox 360 games

• I try to download the game I want but when I press buy it comes up which this message “purchase cannot be completed on Xbox.com please complete this transaction on Xbox” but I’m already on it.

No you cannot. The xbox one will not recognize 360 games discs or downloads

 

Backward Compatibility

Every month I download 2 free games on Gold to my Xbox one, but, i cannot download the 360 games from Gold into my Xbox one for backward compatibility. How do i activate my Xbox One to start playing backward compatible 360 games.

in order to purchase Xbox 360 games a valid payment option needs to be present on the account.

This also means that the payment option needs to match your Xbox Live Account region, which can be seen here:
Sign in to your Microsoft account

If the Account and payment option match then please double check all information at
