    None, it just disappears from the queue after a few seconds

    What region is your account?

    Germany

    What region do you physically live in?

    Germany

    Cannot download Toy Soldiers

    Go to your Storage Device (Settings/System/Storage) and see if Toy Soldiers is in that list. If so, delete it. Also check under 'Unknown Game' (or German equivalent) and delete that.

    Then clear the system cache three times in a row.
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    Now shut off the console and power it back up.

    Then go to Settings/Account/Download History, find Toy Soldiers and try to start the download again.

    There was only Toy Soldiers: Cold War from the current Games for Gold on the hard drive.

    I followed your instructions exactly (why clear cache 3x?) and it showed up under Active Downloads for like one minute at 0% and then it stopped and disappeared from the list.

    Doing it three times is just something that Support sometimes suggests, so I usually ask people to do it too.

    Anyway, could you attempt to re-download your profile (there shouldn't be any need to delete first)?

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    Repeat the earlier steps again first. (Get rid of partial download, clear cache.)

    After downloading the profile, restart and attempt to download again.

    It does not seem to work with a re-downloaded profile either... :-(

    Is it possible that there is something wrong on the Xbox servers?

    Btw, there is not even a "partial download"...

    Seems to be a issue with the servers. I have seen a few complaints of this game and Walking Dead Season 2 not downloading.

    Seems to be a issue with the servers. I have seen a few complaints of this game and Walking Dead Season 2 not downloading.
