Cannot download season pass content

I bought the season pass for Forza Horizon before it was delisted, but I've only come around to playing the game recently, thinking I was on the safe side having bought the pass earlier and therefore having access to all the content.

However, I can't access any of the content, as the game won't let me connect to the marketplace and download the conent that I've paid for. The extra cars and the Rally expansion aren't available in my game menu either, just the season pass.

I can understand that you can't put the game up for sale any longer because of licensing issues, but at least make the content available to the ones who have actually paid for it! I now have bought a season pass for full price that I can't use at all!

So what I said was right...

If you have a Season Pass & content is corrupted
( ! )

1. Delete the corrupted content..

2. Clear the Drives Cache, by pressing Y on selected drive.. [Settings Tab, System, Storage etc]

3. Re-download the Season Pass File...

4. Re-download the Season Pass Content from Download History...

Newly purchased games missing from account.xbox.com/MyGames list

I own BF Premium and season passes for Fallout 4, Batman AK, Doom, the season passes show as owned but not installed, on Xbox.com they cannot be accessed to download, it states owned. The related content is installed on the console but as the season pass
is not it asks to be bought, this is over a week now.

I'm guessing you purchased the content for use with Forza Horizon as a Backward Compatible title, correct? If so, the only way you'll be able to access the Season Pass content on your Xbox One will be to use an Xbox 360 first. If you sign into your account
and download the content on an Xbox 360 console, you'll be able to download it on your Xbox One after that.

If that is not possible, you can always
chat with support and explore getting a refund for the content if you'd like. However, if you do that, you will be unable to purchase it in the future if you change your mind.

I will try to get a hold of someone who still has a 360, but I do have to wonder how the 360 differs from the One in this regard. I do have the season pass installed on my Xbox One, It's a 66MB or so big file, and I know the Rally Expansion is at least 1GB,
so the season pass is more or less just a key in its existing form, and it is in my "manage game" list. The error occurs ingame, as not only do I have to own the season pass, but the game has to verify it AND access the Xbox Marketplace from in the game, and
from there it has to register the Rally Expansion and the car packs to my Xbox account. Problem is, the game is unable to connect to the marketplace. I can play online just fine and everything else works, but registering the content to my account seems to
be the problem, and something tells me the marketplace is down on the 360 as well...
