Cannot download Red Dead Redemption 2 onto my Xbox One

Recently got the urge to play RDR2 again, however once I’ve gone to download it, it gets stuck after I put the second disc in, usually at around 60-70%. I’ve tried powercycling the Xbox etc, and tried to download the game via the app, but as it isn’t installed and is a disc, I don’t think that’s an option. I’ve also cleared all saved game data from my Xbox as per previous posts, nothing works. It does appear to have an update that needs to be downloaded, however the game doesn’t want to download whether I’ve asked to download the update first or later.
