cannot download purchased game

hey

i need help, i purchased game for my xbox one (call of duty-cold war) the money taken and appeared in purchase history

3 days i tried to download it without result except this massage( check back in a little bit ...)

What shall i do

Follow this step and try again, please.

Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

Can you download other games? Did you try to install the game using your console's library?

Would you please try to preform a Soft Factory Rest by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know how it goes!
