Cannot download purchased game on Windows 10

I was sent here by Microsoft support. My windows 10 OS version is up to date and the game code is redeemed and applied to my account, but there is no option to download the game. Only says "already purchased" and "manage". It is not in the manage list with
my other games even though it says already purchased. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

To download and install your purchased game on Windows 10, kindly perform the following:

1.Using your Microsoft account, sign in to the PC where you want to install your games.

2. On the Start screen, select the Store icon.

3. In the Store, select Games from the menu.

4. Look for the game you redeemed.

5. Select Install to download and install the game.

Make sure to sign in with the Microsoft account that you used to redeem the game.
