Cannot download profile to second console

I cannot download my profile onto a second console. I have contacted support three times and still have the issue. It starts to download and then get the error something is wrong with your account, please go to whatever the account thing. I do not have two-step
on, I had two alts verified and the last time I spoke with them, I added a phone number, so now I have three verified alts. Cleared cache over and over, deleted my profile and got the same message, so redownloaded it to console #1 no problem. I have went to
the account page and removed my profile from all trusted devices AND consoles, but yet I keep reading how it's "easier than ever to have your profile on a second console." I would be so greatful if someone could give me some advice that can resolve this.

Cannot download Xbox Live Porfile to second Console

Have a second Xbox Kinect and when I try download my XBox Live Profile on my second console the console freezes. Steps taken:

Go to Download Profile. Enter Live ID and password. When the Xbox Profile is displayed I cannot press A to select my profile. At this time the consloe freezes and the controller is not responsive either. Only way is to shut down the box to get it back. Any
ideas?

 

i made this microsoft account, but it says it connected to a profile, i want it to connect to the profile on my 360, how can i do that?

Basically you've created a second account on the website instead of joining Live with the profile you already have on your console. If you want to use the account you created on the website, you will need to download it to your console -

support.xbox.com/.../download-your-xbox-live-profile-to-another-360-console It will be separate from the account you have on your console already and cannot be merged with that account.

 

If you can download it o none console but not the other then it's not an account issue. You're most likely looking at a hardware or connection issue. If both consoles are in the same place try unplugging your modem and/or router for 5 minutes, then plug
them back in and connect with the second console ONLY to download the profile.

Alternately take the hard drive out of the console and put it back in, then try downloading the profile again. Or pull the hard drive, plug in a flash drive and try downloading the profile to the flash drive (you'll need to install the system update first).
Lastly you can copy the profile to a flash drive from the first console and move it manually to the second.

 

That makes sense, I will give it a shot.

I attempted to edit this into my post but not enough time. I`d like you to check back on this and tell us the Error code,
For instance, Is it by any chance the Error code was 800704DC

 

PR1NCE, thank you for trying to help, the error code wasn't 800704DC. I'm not sure what it was but it tells me that there is a problem, not that profiles cannot be downloaded. As I stated I have went through the verifications and added a phone number, however,
I was able to download it on my step-sons without a problem, so i don't know if it is a problem with regions or the distance, but that makes no sense... I don't have a flashdrive or usb to move it to.
