    Cannot Download Profile - Error 800700A


    Cannot download profile on Xbox One for backward compatible games (Xbox 360).

    Anyone got any ideas?

    Microsoft says they believe the issue on "their side" when I spoke to them. Which was useless.

    Red Dead Redemption Error Message Help

    I popped in my copy of RDR and everything went fine, but when I got to the main menu it stated I had to download a profile in order to save.

    So I sign in, get the "hi Tony72495!" message, and it starts downloading my profile info.

    Then when it gets to about 75%, an error message pops up that says "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles cannot be downloaded right now. Try again later" and I'm kicked back to the start menu.

    I'm using the 2 disc GOTY edition of that makes any difference.

    Profile corrupted - now I cannot redownload profile due to error code 80070570

    did that but when i go to download my profile back it errors and says live cannot download profiles at this time.
