Cannot download my profile

Last night i started downloading a game but had to go so i turned the xbox off. In the morning i turned the xbox on only to find whenever i tryed to sign in on my xbl account i would then instantly be disconected from xbl. I decided to delete my profile
then download it again. I had the error 8015190A appear along with the text saying "sorry, xbox live profiles cant be downloaded right now, Try again later". I am lost on what to do after trying for 3 hours to fix it. Any help please ?

So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
800704cd. Please help!!

Red Dead Redemption Error Message Help

I popped in my copy of RDR and everything went fine, but when I got to the main menu it stated I had to download a profile in order to save.

So I sign in, get the "hi Tony72495!" message, and it starts downloading my profile info.

Then when it gets to about 75%, an error message pops up that says "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles cannot be downloaded right now. Try again later" and I'm kicked back to the start menu.

I'm using the 2 disc GOTY edition of that makes any difference.

I am getting the same error. Yet my other half is just fine downstairs.

Cant play on or offline now.

Add me in to the 'can't sign in/download profile' camp. Seems it might be a XBL service issue then, if it's affecting a lot of us.

i got the error code on xbox 360 - when i sign into xbox one it does not recognise my xbox gold subscription - i dont know if the two issues are related .

Makes sense actually, my other silver account can sign in without any problem. My main gold account is messed up.

Yep, I am the same. Not let me download my Profile and XBONE doesn't recognise i have gold.

Paying for a service and not receiving it. Classy Microsoft.

i spoke to live support and he said there were no issues with my account - very frustrating not knowing what is going on!

if i sign into xbox.com it confirms my gold subscription is active - i have cleared the cache on the xbox and taken all the steps suggested on the support website . i suppose all we can do is wait.

Just checked my billing transactions over at commerce.microsoft.com, and the XBL Gold charge from 18/02/14 is saying it's Pending rather than Settled. No idea if that's strange or not, but I would expect a new charge to be made around now for this month.

Ahha. So, with the above in mind, I signed up for Gold again through the prompt I was getting when starting up Titanfall.

My profile now downloads fine on my 360, so it's something to do with the payment going wrong last month/this month.

Thanks for all your replys and yes i did fix it. Seemed to have run out of xbox live :/ re-registered and was fixed .

Greetings Cryis90!

Can you confirm that you have updated the security proofs like
phone numbers, alternate
email addresses, and security questions and answers to your Microsoft account.

With this information being updated and secure, start by making sure your profile is completely removed from your Xbox storage device. Clear Xbox system cache 3 times in a row and finally, try recover your profile from LIVE.

Clear Xbox system cache

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
Select Storage or Memory.
Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
Select Clear System Cache.
Important: Clear your Xbox system cache 3 times in row.

Restart your console.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
Select Download Profile.
Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
Enter your Microsoft account password.

Did you by any chance enable two step verification on your account? If so you will need to either disable two step verification or generate an app password to use in place of your regular password. The following link should guide you through the process.
