    When I load the games for windows marketplace, it fails to show my downloads.

    Cannot access my Games For Windows Marketplace downloads

    I am not on windows 10 and am not yet ready to upgrade due to how slow my games run in windows 10 since I am on a low budget computer.

    Same here. I cannot wait for this. Hope it's not too big for me download though. I gotta get an ethernet cable to improve my download speed.

    0x80073CF3 Error message when downloading a game from Xbox App on my PC

    Unfortunately this did not solve the issue.

    Keep in mind that I was able to download games that I have never downloaded in my other PC, it's only games where I've downloaded in my other PC that I cannot download on my laptop.
