    Cannot download MInecraft from Microsoft Store


    I have purchased Minecraft Windows 10 starter game from the microsoft store for INR 1674/-. 4th May 2020. In my order history the game is showing but when i click the install on my devices button...it says ....."OOPS SOMETHING ON OUR END. WAITING A BIT MIGHT
    HELP".

    I have tried 10 times since i purchased the game but i'm getting the same message. More so, If i Click on Install/Play Game ...it takes me back to microsoft store and prompts to Buy this game.

    Please resolve this issue asap

    Can't download the new minecraft launcher.

    Have you tried to download it through the Microsoft store, the Xbox app and the Minecraft website? You cannot download it from these three places?

    I had the same error when I first bought the game. To resolve I needed to restart my PC and attempt again. If the issue continues after restarting I would recommend contacting Microsoft support at https://support.microsoft.com
