    Cannot download M rated games


    I try to download the assassin's creed that is free for gold accounts, but when I try I get an error message that says i am not old enough. In my account it says I was born in 1990 and it says i need a parent to allow me to obtain it but i do not know how
    to do that.

    Unable to download RP rated games/demos

    so you aren;t allowed to download m rated demos

    child accounts cannot download m rated demos only m rated purchases

    when your account turns 18 then you can goto account settings and promote to adult account

    you should be allowed to download M rated games and add on content as long as the parental controls allow it, but what you cannot download on a child account is demos for M rated or RP (ratings pending) games or videos.

    you should be allowed to download M rated games and add on content but you cannot download videos or demos for anything rated M or RP (ratings pending) unless you are on an adult account (even if you have the parental controls to allow it).

    They can have child accounts. If they have that I believe they cannot download rated "M" games.
