Cannot download Live gold free games

Hi, I cannot download free games with gold status.Xbox write that this file is not available in your region or it isn't possible to distinguish a format. Error code 80150017,in the account the region is established.

Xbox One Free Games Problem

For whatever reason I cannot download free games with xbox live gold despite having xbox live gold. It defaults to other payments options and will not for the life of me allow me to download a free gold game. Has this happened to anyone else on Xbox One?
If so, how could I fix this? I see my friends currently on Evolve, but I cannot join them because I can't get the free game even with my gold membership that expires in december 2017.

Okay, So I cannot download those free games for gold member as well ,right?

 

Does your account region and physical location match? That error code is usually given with region locked games. In order to download the game, your account region and physical location have to match and you have to be in a region where the game is available.

 

How to know whether it is available this game in my region?

 

If your account region is set for your actual region, the marketplace you see on your console would show you everything that is available in your region.

You can also search for the game on the website and make sure the region in the bottom left of the screen is set to your region.
