Cannot download like everyone else.

I don't have access to the router. It's campus wifi, only god know's where it's at. I'm not even talking about wifi, I'm talking about hardwiring my xbox into the internet via ethernet cable. There is no reason why I shouldn't be pulling internet with my
ethernet cable.

I can assure you, time and time again, that I've tested, retested, used, and reused this exact same ethernet cable. There is nothing wrong with the cable itself.

I've tried setting up my own router, but the pc I built conveniently didn't come with a wifi adaptor, so there's no way I can access my router through my pc, even when it's wired in. The router just won't appear.

Guys. I just want my ethernet port to work.

Make sure you have UPnP enabled on the router as well.

I would like to know the same thing. We australians pay for xbox live just like everyone else, so why cant we download the same as everyone else?

I've had a few problems with them over the last few weeks, as Lofty said i tried paying for a pre-order last night & first off the option to use paypal was not there then it went through & took the money from my bank account twice.



Last week i tried buying a blu-ray & that went through 3 times (luckily it was only 98p lol) & as a result they changed my account from silver level to trader & lost all of my rewards points lol.



In spite of these few problems though i have been using them now for just shy of 2 years & have never had a problem with them before & will continue to use them for the foreseeable future as for me they are possibly the best online retailer i have used,
Sure they might not always be the cheapest now but for service they are untouchable.
