Cannot download grid 2.

I cannot download GRID 2 using my Xbox One. I've checked my Privacy settings and it's set according to my preference.

Is it because my account is a child account? But what's the exact reason?

Can someone answer or help me!

If you have a child account your family settings wont help as they only apply to xbox one games not xbox 360

You have two options have a parental account with gold make the purchase or use an xbox 360

 

The above only applies if you are getting you cannot make this purchase at this time please make the purchase on your xbox

Also if it's 8015017 or not available in your region you must match your account region to your actual region

 

First and foremost you must have a payment option on file on the xbox 360 marketplace free or paid content if you don't have a 360 console

 

Hello iamvinj,

You need to have your own Gold membership to download Games with Gold. From the looks of the forums, you are on a Silver account. If you are sharing gold amongst a family, that will not count.
