    Cannot download gaming services simply because the "download button" does not even appear


    I tried installing Prey on gamepass and it kept making me go to the gaming services download page. The download page does not even appear properly.
    I tried:

    -restarting the computer

    -messing with regedit as per Microsoft help article

    -re-installing the game

    Simply put, I cannot even download gaming services or delete and uninstall them. Is there an option to download them from anywhere else?

    Try to terminate e resest the app via settings in your windows 10 > applications > highlight the xbox app > advanced options > terminate and then reset.

    Yep, tried to re-install. What is weird is that some games now do not even install. Like I clicked "Install" on Forza 5 and Nier Automata and they..just did not install, after a few seconds the "Install" green button appears again.
