    Cannot download games.


    Xbox app on PC is stuck. Halo infinite will not download past 472 mb and I cannot cancel the installation either. I have tried uninstalling the app to no avail. I even did a windows reset as well. It will also not launch any games or let me download any other games as it seems to be stuck on the halo infinite download. I dono what to do and I'm frustrated I'm paying for something that doesn't seem to work.

    Actually I just found that i cannot buy over console too! :)

    Same problem with both consoles. Cannot buy new game and cannot download free game, and cannot download free trial.

    No, that cannot be done. If you download a game via Games on Demand, the game is a digital download. You cannot transfer the game onto a disc.
