    I am having troubles with my xbox not showing any of my purchased games or apps in my games and apps and when i try to go into the store to download them it says i have this item purchased then it says something happened on our end try again later. Can
    anyone help with this?

    I am having the same issues unfortunately.

    I logged in today as usual and have no online presence and no ability to download games or play the items i have downloaded.

    The error message relates to billing but i have checked this via the MS web site and its all current and correct.

    Whenever i seem to access certain areas of the xbox it comes with error messages stating `ooops something went wrong our end` and i am unable to proceed any further.

    Dear Hunter133,

    Remove your account from xbox and re sign it.

    Them perform a hard reset.

    This might resolve the issue.
